Refunds and Cooling Off Periods

 

Thanks for shopping at Lifecorp Street Smart Property Investing.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Simply email admin@lifecorp.com.au with the details of your purchase and your contact phone number.

You will be contacted by one of our representatives to verify the refund request.

Where the item purchased is one of our e-training media, such as an e-book or downloadable tool or video, you will have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund. We will process your 100% refund to the purchasing card within forty-eight (48)business hours of receipt of your request.

Where the item purchased is for one of Lifecorp’s services, the following applies as per the Terms and Conditions.
Live Training Event: No refund for this product.
Coaching Program/Membership: Seven (7) days cooling off period from the date of purchase in which to request a refund.
We will process your 100% refund to the purchasing card within forty-eight (48) business hours of receipt of your request.

Please note that depending on day of the week and delays outside of Lifecorp’s reasonable control, it may take a number of days for your refund to be received.
