TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Lifecorp Platinum Membership
Lifecorp Platinum Membership is an annual membership offered at the price stated each financial year. It is valid for 12 months but may be subject to change at the discretion of the Lifecorp Group. If for some reason you no longer wish to be part of the group it is your responsibility to advise the Lifecorp service provider, Land2go Pty Ltd ([email protected]).
2. Service Provider
Lifecorp engages Land2go Pty Ltd to provide member services to all Lifecorp Members and Platinum Members. All member records are held on the Lifecorp database and remain the property of Lifecorp.
3. Annual Payment
Payment is due on the 1st July each year payable to Land2go Pty Ltd, who provides member services for the Lifecorp Group.
4. Annual Payment Must Be Up to Date and Complete
All fees must be paid on time in order for you to participate in the Platinum group and platinum projects. Group privileges including membership, platinum projects, media, websites and other assets may be revoked, disabled or withheld as we deem appropriate if payments are not made.
5. Payment Structure 2022
Annual payment must be made on the dates as listed below
- $6,600 if paid in July 2022
- $8,800 if paid in August 2022
- From January 2022, a Pro rata rate is $1,100 per month
Payments are made to Land2go Pty Ltd the service provider for member services and details will be sent via email each year.
6. Land Reserve Service Fee
For your Platinum Membership to remain valid, you must have a minimum of two (2) Land Reserve Service Fees in place. If a LRSF is used for a lot in a Lifecorp Land project, this fee must be replaced within 60 days of securing a lot to remain part of the Platinum group.
7. No Guarantee of Results
We make no express or implied claims that you will make money as a result of purchasing this Lifecorp Platinum Membership. Examples given are not intended to represent, warrant or guarantee that everyone will achieve the same results. Each individual’s success will be determined by his or her personal financial capability, skill, desire, dedication, effort and motivation to take action. You recognise any business or property investment endeavour has inherent risk for loss of capital, and you freely and of your own will, risk any and all capital you may choose to spend implementing concepts outlined while using this Program.
8. Intellectual Property
All material relating to the Platinum Membership for which you are joining, whether presented during, before or after, is subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights. All such materials remain the property of their owners and may not be recorded, used or reproduced, without the written permission of the owner. You agree not to do anything, at any time that would infringe the intellectual property rights in such materials.
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow participants. You agree not to disclose proprietary information, ideas, plans and trade secrets that are disclosed by other Participants in confidence, nor to violate the publicity, privacy or intellectual property rights of any Program participant or Lifecorp.
The laws of the state of New South Wales and the Australian Consumer Law govern this agreement. Should any part of this agreement be determined by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will be unaffected. This agreement may not be varied except with the written approval of a director of Lifecorp. All terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are excludable are excluded from this agreement. Such terms, conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable are not excluded from this agreement but our liability for breach of such conditions and warranties implied by statute that are not excludable is limited to the total amount paid by you to Lifecorp under this agreement. Lifecorp excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury, or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Lifecorp Buyers Group Membership.
